DVD'S

Did you know that many public libraries carry fitness DVD's that you can borrow free of charge? This is a great way to try out new fitness activities. Ask your librarian to recommend DVD's of gentle yoga, tai chi, chair fitness, etc. Some of Nova Scotia's libraries also carry pedometers that members can borrow. This can be helpful if you are interested in monitoring your daily step count.
