Many people with chronic pain find that learning to move in comfortable ways can help reduce their pain and improve their ability to move and be physically active. Somatics and Feldenkrais are two types of gentle movement that are designed to improve the body's ability to move freely and comfortably. Both practices have a wide variety of lessons designed to target different body parts and movement abilities.
